 The Bungalow

The bungalow is situated just a few minutes walk from the famous Yumbo centre. 

It has its' own on street entrance, private garden, patio area and overlooks the swimming pool. The kitchen area consists of plenty of units, work surface, with breakfast bar area, fridge freezer, combi microwave oven/grill, four ring halogen hob, kettle, Iron, toaster and coffee percolator. There is also a large selection of crockery, cutlery and pans, a washing machine is also available (metered).
 

The lounge area consists of a large  sofa (suitable for a fifth person) 42" led TV, DVD player, CD radio, Sky tv (selected channels) & Nintendo Wii (bring your own games though). The windows overlook the swimming pool & double patio doors leading to the large patio area with table & chairs.This area also benefits from air-conditioning (metered).

 
 

Bathroom
 
The bathroom is fitted to a very high standard, with walk in shower containing power jets and hand held shower, glass sink with large mirror above and toilet.
Bedrooms
 
Both bedrooms are average size and both contain twin beds and built in wardrobes with windows that overlook the garden area. They are both fitted with air-conditioning. A safe is available free of charge, and the exterior of the bungalow is protected by cctv for your peace of mind and security.
